Sainte-Anne River: List of daily draws
The random draw system aims to ensure equitable access for the greatest number of people. Draws are conducted using Manisoft software.

RANDOM DRAW PROCEDURES
48 HOURS IN ADVANCE
- One entry per person.
- Registration must be done before 3:00 PM the DAY BEFORE THE DRAW.
- Registration fees are $3.00 taxes included.
- The draw is executed at 11:00 AM.
- Winners are called one (1) time. If the winner is not available, we will leave a message on the voicemail.
- Winners have until noon (12:00 PM) the day before the fishing activity to come pay and collect their access right, otherwise they will be put back on sale.
- The winner’s rods are non-transferable. A winner must mandatory obtain their access right for their guest to obtain theirs.
- Even if their registration indicates two anglers, the last winner will have to accept a single access right if only one remains.
- When winners do not take the rods, alternates (réservistes) are called in priority. If the list of alternates is exhausted, the rods are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
